Orders & shipping

Yes. Every order ships free, with no minimum and no hidden fees.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 3 to 9 business days after that, depending on where you are. Estimates exclude weekends and holidays.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can check on it any time from our order tracking page with your order number and email. Tracking can take 2 to 5 business days to update, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Not always. To get your order to you faster, items can ship in separate packages, so the ArchRest and CoreRest in The Rest Ritual may arrive on different days.

You can cancel within 4 hours of ordering. Email support@confova.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION" and your order number. If you spot a mistake in your address, let us know within 2 hours and we'll fix it before it ships.

Returns & guarantee

You have 30 nights to try it at home. If it isn't bringing you comfort, email support@confova.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Email support@confova.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items need to be in their original condition and packaging. You can read the full details in our refund policy.

Contact us right away at support@confova.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. You can choose a full refund or a free replacement.

Using your Confova

Charge it with the included cable, press the button to choose heat, massage or both, then lie back. The ArchRest goes under your neck with your head on the headrest. The CoreRest goes across your lower back, just above your hips. Relax for as long as you like.

Yes. Charge fully with the included cable, then use them anywhere without a cord in the way.

Yes. Use soothing heat on its own, massage on its own, or both together.

Both are shaped for lying back on a bed, sofa or floor, where your neck or lower back can settle into the curve. That's where they feel best.

We recommend switching the heat and massage off before you sleep. They're comfortable to rest on any time.

No. You'll hear a soft, low hum, quiet enough to use while you read or watch TV.

Switch off first, then wipe the cover with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Never submerge them in water.

Confova products are for comfort and relaxation and are not medical devices. If you're pregnant, have a medical condition or implanted device, or have reduced sensitivity to heat, check with your doctor before use.
